Pickup Guide

  • 1. Bring your voucher, passport, boarding pass on the day of departure,
    and your purchaser will receive the item at the item receipt counter.
  • 2. You can not receive goods when immigrating to the Korea.
  • 3. When you receive goods, check the quantity and the condition of the product on the spot.
    If there is a problem with the product, please speak to the staff at the delivery place immediately.
    Please note that we can not assume responsibility for products after departure.
  • 4. If the voucher is not printed, please note the number of the voucher and submit it to the staff upon receipt of the item.
  • 5. If you need to modify your passport number, please contact the Customer Center 3 days before departure.
